Barry Schuster has practiced business, real estate and municipal law since 1978. He represents individuals, businesses and municipalities in a wide range of transactions and resolving disputes involving land use, real estate and corporate and business matters. A trial lawyer with thirty-five years of experience, Attorney Schuster regularly appears before municipal boards, litigates in New Hampshire and Vermont trial courts, and has appeared in more than thirty appeals before the Supreme Courts of New Hampshire and Vermont. He also served for many years as a superior court mediator.

Attorney Schuster actively participates in a number of civic organizations and has served on the boards of health care organizations, bank advisory committees and numerous community service boards and committees. He was elected to the Lebanon School Board for eight years and chaired the Board for a three year term where he has served for over 20 years. An active cyclist, he and his wife have logged miles biking over hill and dale throughout N.H. and Vt., over mountain passes in Colorado and “cols” of the French Alps.

Attorney Schuster is a graduate of Brown University and Villanova University School of Law and pursued a year of study at the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College.

Attorney Schuster is admitted to practice in New Hampshire and Vermont and is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association, Vermont Bar Association and the Grafton County Bar Association.

Charlie Buttrey

Charlie has practiced law since 1986, with a focus on personal injury and criminal defense in both New Hampshire and Vermont. Attorney Buttrey has tried over forty cases to jury verdict, and has successfully argued appeals before the Supreme Courts of both New Hampshire and Vermont. In his personal injury practice, Attorney Buttrey represents individuals who have suffered severe bodily injuries or wrongful death due to medical malpractice, motor vehicle accidents, negligence, products liability, dog bites, and industrial accidents. Attorney Buttrey's criminal defense practice ranges from serious felonies, including homicide and aggravated sexual assaults, to misdemeanor drug possession and driving under the influence.

• State v. Finn, 146 N.H. 59 (2001) (unlawful search and seizure)
• Reed v. Glynn, 168 VT 504 (1998) (professional malpractice)

Attorney Buttrey has served on the Thetford School Board for more than twelve years, and is currently Moderator of the Church Council for the First Congregational Church in Thetford, Vermont. He also serves as a Trustee of the Thetford Academy and is a volunteer music director at a summer camp for children with cancer. An avid marathon runner, Attorney Buttrey has achieved qualifying times in the Boston Marathon on five separate occasions.

Attorney Buttrey is a graduate of Phillips Exeter Academy and Princeton University, where he was a varsity letter winner and President of the Senior Class. He graduated cum laude from Vermont Law School, where he was Chair of the Honor Committee.

Bryce Wing has practiced law since 1986 with a focus on real estate, handling all types of real estate, lending, and commercial transactions including purchasing, refinancing and leases. He works with buyers, sellers, realtors, and lenders, from contract formation through closing, to ensure that their specific needs are addressed and interests protected. Practicing in both New Hampshire and Vermont, Attorney Wing is an approved closing attorney for numerous local and national lending institutions. Attorney Wing has served as an agent for First American Title Insurance Corporation since 1986.

Attorney Wing is an active back country skier and Master Nordic ski racer, a former member of the Board of Directors for the New England Nordic Ski Association and Chair of the Masters Committee. He is a member of the Ford Sayre Ski Club and Upper Valley Velo Bike Club. He is also a former member of the Board of Directors for Home and Community Health Care of the Upper Valley and for the Hanover Conservation Council.

Attorney Wing is a graduate of the University of Vermont and Franklin Pierce Law Center now known as the University of New Hampshire School of Law.

Attorney Wing is admitted to practice in New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine and Colorado. He is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association, Vermont Bar Association, Grafton County Bar Association, and is an affiliate member of the Upper Valley Board of Realtors. Gina Stillman

Gina Stillman has been in private practice since 1999, focusing on Administrative Law, Commercial Transactions, and Real Estate. Most recently, she worked as the principal attorney in a firm representing businesses litigating before a NYC Administrative agency, varying in size from small family businesses to large multinational clients. 

Prior to private practice, Stillman served as a law clerk in the Rhode Island Supreme Court Clerk Pool and interned in the Rhode Island Federal District Court, under the late Honorable Timothy Boudewyns.

Attorney Stillman is an alumnus of the Roger Williams University School of Law where she graduated cum laude and served as the Managing Editor of the Roger Williams Law Review.  Attorney Stillman is admitted to practice in New York, Connecticut and Colorado.

Gina is an avid skier and outdoor enthusiast. She lives in Vermont with her family and adorable Labradoodle, Loki.
