Barry Schuster has been practicing business, municipal, and real estate law since 1978. Mr. Schuster integrates these three areas of law to meet the needs of individuals and businesses in New Hampshire and Vermont.

Experienced legal advice on the laws of both states is necessary for the formation and operation for any business. Land development is subject to its own specific set of environmental and zoning regulations. Mr. Schuster has acquired experience to advise clients on all aspects of land use and development. In both states, Mr. Schuster has an active trial practice in all aspects of commercial and land use law.

Mr. Schuster graduated from Brown University in 1973, Villanova University School of Law 1978, and pursued a year of advanced study at the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College 1986.

Barry Schuster also actively participates in a number of civic and community organizations. He is a Trustee of the Hitchcock Foundation, a component of the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center and is a former Trustee of Alice Peck Day Memorial Hospital. Mr. Schuster is a former President of the Greater Lebanon Chamber of Commerce and has served on the Upper Valley/Lake Sunapee Regional Planning Commission. He and his family have lived in the Upper Valley for over twenty years. He also coaches soccer for the Lebanon Recreation Department. Cycling in the summer, squash in the winter and tennis all year provide a diversion from the practice of law.
