City of Lebanon, 142 N.H. 331, 703 A.2d 253 (1997) involving a shopping center development; Tausanovitch v. Town of Lyme, 143 N.H. 144, 722 A.2d 914 (1998), construction litigation; Mahoney v. Town of Canterbury, 150 N.H. 148, 834 A.2d 227 (2003) timber development; Bayson Properties v. City of Lebanon, 150 N.H. 167, 834 A.2d 202 (2003) grocery store development; Shopland v. Town of Enfield, 151 N.H. 219, 855 A.2d 392 (2004) zoning variance appeal. Additionally, trials include: Boutin v. Moore Deals, Inc. and Champion Home Builders Co., assuring a manufactured home warranty; Silvers v. City of Claremont, establishing a regional recycling center; Wilder v. Town of Plainfield, defending a municipal tax assessment; Lisby v. Y.P.C. Forestier Enterprise, Inc., defending easement rights, and Carleton v. MTS Development, Corp. et.al., protecting shareholder rights.Charlie Buttrey has obtained dozens of successful jury verdicts in a number of courts in both New Hampshire and Vermont. He has also prevailed on numerous occasions at the appellate level. Among the published cases at the appellate level are the Vermont Supreme Court decision in Reed v.
